Consistency

I’ve been with FB for about a year and a half and it’s been an amazing experience! I’ve dropped several pounds and am in the best shape of my life! However, consistency has been an issue. I have yet to complete a program to its entirety (from which I restart after missing several days) and maintain a healthy clean diet. There’s days I will binge and skip on my days workout completely. Unfortunately, it’s been a lonely journey making it all the more difficult to stay consistent. How do you hold yourself accountable and practice consistency? Thank you!
