Booty Flex 11.25.2018

Today I did day 24 of Flex. I was initially thinking this would be an easy 22 minutes, but I feel like I just did half an hour of upper body strength training. It was a bodyweight only workout. Pike push ups are not my favorite, but I could tell I have made some progress because I was able to do quite a few of them in this workout, and before I couldn't do very many at all.

Two more days of booty, and one more day of Flex! I might meet my goal after all!!!
