Hey guys,

did you have a good day?

I'm here again for day three of this group and I've changed the name just slightly, because let's be honest, I'm going to ramble about all kinds of stuff in this logs.

Today I have a question for you all: what strategies do you use to keep unhealthy snacks and emotional eating on an acceptable level? Impulsive eating is still something I do frequently, and I'd like to have better control over my eating habits.

I've mentioned yesterday that I made a cake, and this afternoon I had two slices at a family get-together without any feeling of guilt! That's a huge accomplishment for me and I've come a long way from two years ago, when I was on the verge of developing an eating disorder.

As today is Sunday, what did you accomplish this weak?
