how are you all? I've put today to good use and baked a cake for my dad's birthday tomorrow (and sneaked a taste or five), did stuff for university and one of my favorite FB cardio workouts.
It's weird how unpredictably my mood has been fluctuating in the past month and a half. One moment I'm completely fine and dandy and in the next my anxiety barely lets me breathe. Writing about my day here really helps though, and I know I'll get through this phase. Always stay positive!
