My husband and I did our parkrun today in Guernsey (one of the Channel Islands off the coast of France)! Lovely bunch of people to run with, beautiful weather and amazing views!!
It is s trip down memory lane for us as we took our kids here on holiday about 18 years ago.
What with the run, all the walking up and down hills and steps as well as a swim in the hotel pool, it is workout complete for me.
