Booty/Flex 11.24.2018

Ok. So done with Thanksgiving leftovers and back to work! Did Flex day 22 and Booty day 24 today. Both were strength and cardio mixed. I like these types of workouts because I don't seem to be as tired afterwards, and recovery time seems shorter.

I have to say I felt like the upper body workout dragged a bit. Maybe it was because I had already done the booty workout, but it felt like forever. I did pretty good guessing weight, I had togo lower than usual on lateral and ventral raises for some reason, but I got it done. The 60 seconds of cardio seemed like torture for those butt kickers, though. I think it was because I just finished lower body though.

Well, off to shower, have breakfast, and then on a mission to find a new yoga mat!! Make it a great day blenders!
