amount of healthy snacks each day

so I am having a huge struggle on eating healthy snacks like today I ate a whole wheat peanut butter and jelly bread also a whole wheat cream cheese bagel then I wanted to eat carrots with hummus but I controlled myself the thing is that I don't know if I should only eat one snack or can I eat as much as healthy snacks I want to eat all together each day then I don't know what specific time I should have these healthy snacks, I just don't know what to do can I please get your guys advice on my snack eating habit
