I just complete fb30 so....

i just finished fb30, so i was wondering whether i should take a few rest days before doing another workout program. how many days should i rest?

Also which program would give me significant results for fat loss/body toning because i don't see much changes happening. Ever since i started working out with FB, i lost abt 8kg and my body became much more toned than before. (i've almost completed 1 round of fb30 and completed 1 round of strong before this round of fb30) But the amt of weights i can lift did not increase by a lot and my arms are still very weak. My elbow joints tend to hurt when i exercises like ventral raises (maybe i can hyperextend my joints since young).

So which program would you advise me to do next? (i don't have a lot of time to workout everyday)
