... how about you start with some really short "wiggle-at-your-desk" videos? You have those great stretches videos already and I keep coming back to them, but I was thinking more along the lines of three-minute-interruptions. More for fun and easy gentle stretches for chronic procrastinators.

Interruptions for people who get bored easily or something.
