Staying Motivated and Healthy During an Injury

I recently hurt my lower back and haven't been able to work out in several days. I would suspect that this injury will take much longer to heal than I am comfortable with. Does anyone have any tips for staying motivated when you're feeling really down about not being able to work out? I am really struggling mentally with having to take a forced break and am terrified I will lose all of my progress. I had been making significant gains in my strength and endurance in HIIT (I typically work out 6 days a week). I am scared and really upset with the prospect of having to start over again. It is really eating at me,
