I’m on day 17 of FB abs and my wrist is KILLING me! It’s a reoccurring problem but is worse than ever this time. My husband told me I need to give it a break from working out, but I want to finish the program. I was planning to wrap it and modify where needed. Of course I don’t want to make it worse and prolong the pain, but I hate the thought of missing workouts. 😕 I’m just super frustrated! Any input, thoughts, suggestions would be appreciated.
