Flex/Booty 11.21.2018

Woke up this morning with no soreness, decided to do Flex day 19 and Booty day 22 since I'm pretty sure I won't be lifting tomorrow. If I have time, I will get in a walk but other than that no lifting on Turkey Day!

Today overall was a bit of a struggle because I switched weights a lot. Which was strange because I've done that lower body workout at least twice in the past 5 or 6 weeks. Maybe my strength is changing?

The upper body workout was back and biceps. I had to go down on my weights a few times. And those bentover ventrals were rough. I think I only used like 3 pounds for those. At any rate, I made it through. I originally thought I would do the extra credit for booty, but then I saw which workout it was, there was no need. Its the one where Kelli puts those jump squats between each exercise. My booty is on fire right now, as it always is after that one.

At any rate, off to the shower. My breathing is back to normal now. . . lol. Make it a great day blenders!!!
