Mood and Feeling can affect your view on a workout programme?


Do I have fellow culprits here? I noticed that there are some FB videos/programmes that when I did them I felt terrible about it. But, when I return to them again I suddenly find myself "favouriting" the same video/programme.

I have come to chunk the initial dislike on my mood on the day I did the video. Sometimes, when I am emotionally cranky especially during PMS/Period days, I tend to workout grudgingly and this affects my view on that workout. LOL!

PS: I just thought to drop this here because I just did a workout that I blacklisted previously and now that I just finished it, I could not get enough of it. LOL!
