FB30 R3 Day 50....

...dynamic lower body. WOW. This has kicked my butt. The sweat levels are (surprisingly) low but my glutes and thighs are on fire 🔥 these workouts have been added to my favourites - I thoroughly enjoyed these despite the agony I will be in in the morning. Does anyone else just love the feeling of adding a new workout into your favourites?!

I feel like this last week of the program is going to be a good one! No pain no gain right?!
