Booty/Flex 11.18.2018

Day 18 of booty did not disappoint. I liked the routine. I finally figured out why I never really feel much with calf raises. I never used enough weight, and I need 4 sets to burn out there. I've always been a bit reluctant to add more weight because of my history of ankle injury. But I stepped out of my comfort zone today and did it, and I was surprised . . .and I can still walk!!! But the best part was seeing the alternate/ recovery option was my favorite kickboxing routine. So of course I did that as extra credit. Full body workout today in just over an hour? I'll take it!
