Hello, hope everyone’s doing well!
I’ve been following programs for a couple of months now, I’m going to do my own thing for a week or two before I start strong. I’m very busy these next few weeks. Will I be ok working out for 60-80 mins 3 times per week or is it better to stick to 30-40 mins 5 times per week? I’m wanting to try out some lengthy workouts seeing as I’m coming to the end of FB30, and I won’t be able to work out many days.
