Day 15 of Flex complete!

Wasn't really up to this today. I have to start working in about 40 minutes, and there's tons of laundry, and bills to pay, etc. But I knew I would get more work done warming up my brain countring reps. Then i read the workout was only 32 minutes, and I was like, ok. I can do it.

So I did it! Lifted a lot lighter than usual, but I liked this a lot. I guess moving constantly makes it harder rather than doing a more traditional exercise. Happy Saturday everyone!
