Flex Booty 11.15 and 11.16.2018

Happy Friday blenders!!!

I have two words for each day of the Flex/Booty combo these past few days . . . . tricep dips for yesterday and jump squats for today!

I normally don't workout on Thursdays, but I had a few minutes because my schedule changed, so I knocked out day 12 of Flex yesterday. My poor husband was startled when I screamed while he was trying to talk about the evening routine with the kids because . . . .well, tricep dips.

As for this morning, jump squats at 5:20 am are just a special kind of cruel. I'm just saying.

But anyways, I'm making it through! Halfway through both programs at this point at the middle of the month, right on schedule! Enjoy the day and the weekend!
