[FBsweat: Day5]

Checking in after my FBsweat Day 5.

I had another skip day yesterday. Not exactly skip- but more of a stretching day, shall I say.

I've suffered (yes- literally "suffered") so long from such a bad menstrual pain ever since my period started.

It is always - ALWAYS - the worst on the first day and that was yesterday. So it was just simple basic pelvic stretches and I was in pain all day.

But luckily today I am feeling much better- and with some help with Advil, the world looks much more beautiful today with less pain.

And with some seeating after FBsweat, I am much better now. 🙂

To those who also go through severe menstrual pain like I do, what is your best remedy?
