Sugary foods and bread


The two above

Sugar and flour are things I'm struggling to cut down on

I've been eating a whole lot of bread for a long time and have been trying to cut sugar out

But it's not working

I'm trying to pre-cook food meals and have healthy snacks but the above is still around

And I don't live alone and can the really control other people's choices of snack making and buying like cake cookies and other goodies

And at work there is chocolate milk

Somehow I'm really not getting a grip on my self

I believe it depends on me what I eat but I am not strong enough... Or something...
