I didn't want to do it...

...but I did.

This morning was a tough one for me. No motivation to get out of bed. Hit snooze on the alarm at least two times. Sat and looked at social media for longer than I needed to... all because I didn't want to get my workout complete.

I got there eventually. Started 10 minutes later than usual and was super thankful it was not a HIIT day.

If anyone else felt this way this morning, I am proud of you. You earned that #workoutcomplete. Now go shower and kick some butt today!
