Hi :) Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of a bloated tummy? I am really happy with my body shape, except for the fact that my tummy sticks out a fair bit. It makes me look pregnant. The rest of me is fairly lean and muscular (I do a fair bit of strength training and HIIT, and core work as well). I have a pretty strong core, so it is not from lack of training. I don't know if it is dietary or what, but I would really like to get rid of it. Any suggestions?
