Booty flex 11.14.2018

Happy hump day!

Took a rest day yesterday because I was sore all over. Today's workout was day 12 of booty, also known as day 1 of the strong and lean challenge. I have a hard time doing hiit first thing in the morning, so I did half low impact and half the regular way. The strength training felt short, but I'm already feeling soreness creep into my glutes...so not questioning effective ness here. I normally don't workout on Thursday but my schedule shuffled a bit and I might be able to squeeze on in. Enjoy the day!
