Two weeks in

Hi guys! I introduced myself about two weeks ago. I'm new to Fitness Blender and looking to build some strength and confidence. I have had two spine surgeries, with rods and screws in my back, so I have to stick with low impact workouts. For the past few weeks I've been trying out the free workout videos. I tried quite a few pilates/yoga and low impact cardio, and even two ten minute, low impact HIIT for beginners. I purchased the FB Reach program which is scheduled to start on the Monday after Thanksgiving. I know the main focus of that program is stretching, not strength, but I noticed some of the free pilates videos were challenging to my muscles, so I'm hoping the program will help build some strength while being gentle on my back, and then I can progress from there. Would anyone would care to share their experience with this program? Wish me luck!
