Starting a workout plan and eating change today

Hi Everybody, I am starting up a fitness program today. I have gone through fb workout plans before and had much success until I got injured (frozen shoulder and then back issues ) so , now I am back at square one. Upping my game as a musicain / performer and now have to see myself over and over on video and pictures and it is time to change. Don't want this to be a false start. Looking for community to turn to for support. My goal is 20-25 lbs or two sizes down from what I am by February. I have a photo shoot for an album coming out in springtime and I want to feel better about how I look and more comfortable in my skin.
