Back in action :)

After a longer injury break, it feels absolutely amazing to be back on track! I started the first volume of FB Fit four weeks ago and so far I didn't miss a single training. Was pretty proud of myself at Halloween, when I got up at 5 am to get my workout done before work, and even pushed through the hangover-workout the day after x) I attatched a sporty pic from the party to this message. I can already feel the tension coming back into those muscles, exercise form getting better and also dropped a couple of pounds. Let's see if I can push through the remaining 4 weeks as well :)
