Personal challenge

Hello Blenders :)

So at the beginning of October I sent a goal to myself in order to have those abs showing - I did well for the first 3 weeks but the last one was hard, I cooked all my meals but they were loaded with fat (aka cheese) they were sooo good but did not do well with the “diet” I have set in place ( I will blame my period haha)

But I am motivated again so I started again FB abs round 2 and I missed so much exercising!!! I had to take a 1 week break because of my job (I went abroad for a week in China so I couldn’t do any videos since they don’t have YouTube over there 🙁 but even though it was very nice to not do anything but some stretching on my own a couple of days I had missed so much exercising!! I love a good sweat and this first day was brutal hehe

Anyway thanks for reading and let’s go for another month :)
