Shrimp and Grits

#chefinthemaking was up to her old tricks again this morning - taking something, tweaking the ingredients, and watching me drool.

Today, she changed up the sauce a bit, used poached eggs instead of fried eggs, and threw in different fresh veggies (this time bell pepper, heirloom tomatoes, jalapeños, parsley) keeps the dish exciting…not that I think shrimp and grits could EVER be boring.

I went into a pretty serious food coma shortly afterwards...
