I had forgotten how nice this routine was!

When I used to do FB before (2015-2017), this was one of my favourite routines, which I did quite often before bed! I had forgotten how nice it is: stretching but still actively moving AND only 15 mins.

We went for a nice, long, brisk walk on the beach at the end of the afternoon today, the cloudscape was amazing (again!).

After the walk earlier and this stretching routine tonight I am ready to tackle FB Strong again tomorrow!
