My boyfriend just started his security job and he wants to increase his muscle, so I have several questions regarding the topic.
Is it necessary to use weights if one wants to build muscle mass? Like, can you increase muscle mass just by doing body weight exercises?
Is FB Mass the best Fitness Blender program for increasing muscle mass?
What would you recommend to eat when it comes to increasing muscle mass?
He also wants to use a faster approach in increasing muscle mass.
Has any of you tried “Muscle Milk” or knows someone who has tried it?
I kindly ask for you guys feedback, especially on “Muscle Milk.”
I tried convincing him that K&D advises that the appropriate way to increase muscle mass, is lifting weights and eating healthy, but it seems he doesn’t wanna listen to me.
