Hey everyone! Its late for me. Its 5:32 pm and I'm just finishing my workout. Normally its 5:32 am when I'm finishing . . . but at least I did it, right?
Today was Booty day 10. Cardio and extra credit HIIT. I wasn't planning on doing the extra credit, but the regular workout felt really short . . . so I hit pause and fired up the 10 minute video with Daniel.
Felt a little like torture . . . lol. I had to substitute regular planks, and I barely did 4 burpees each 20 second round, but I did it.
Looking forward to flex in the morning! :)
