We finally got our pizzas made!
The one in the skillet is a riff on an Eggs Florentine pizza with a bechamel sauce, fresh spinach, some Ayrshire bacon my husband made, and topped with eggs from our chickens!
The other one is a veggie pizza with tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, fresh basil and a mix of mozzarella and Muenster cheese.
I made my pizza crusts too--kind of a multi-grain with oats, whole wheat flour and flax meal.
Overall, pretty good! Was perfect for a snowy day spent inside watching football! #GoHawks
