Ours almost always look sort of the same, but this one underwent an accidental experiment... I'd set the oven to 120°C only (usually 175) and only noticed after 20 minutes. Oops! Got the oven going on full gusto for the last 5 minutes or so and it turned out really nice. Crispier than usual, actually, so I might just experiment some more with this.
Toppings are feta, corn, olives, capers, various other cheeses, mushrooms, garlic, chili, onions, oregano and some spicy salami for the meat-eating part of the family.
