Mmm, pizza! My family always enjoys this kind of party.
My husband and children all love their ham & pineapple pizzas, but since it's MY pizza party, I decided to do something different.
I'm terrible at making pizza bases, and have officially given up. These two were from the bakery, and by far the best pizza bases I've used. This will be my go-to in future!
One pizza is roast pumpkin, ricotta and baby spinach, inspired by Kim. A big hit with the whole family!
The other is tandoori chicken and baby spinach, inspired by Dotti. A teensy bit too spicy for the children, but my husband and I loved it.
Served with my favourite salad: rocket, pear and parmesan.
