So last night’s attempt at a gluten free crust was a bust! So of course I had to try again tonight! I’m happy to say that the first words out of my youngest son’s mouth were, “This is WAY better than last night’s pizza!” AND he went back for seconds! Score!
I made a crust from a recipe called Fathead Pizza Dough. You melt mozzarella and cream cheese together, then stir in almond flour and an egg. The tricky part was not letting my twins see me make it- they hate melted cheese with a passion! Here is the recipe if anyone is interested.
