Got in a great total body workout today - HIIT and lower body strength followed by a quick upper body lift and long stretch! Feels so good to be back!
Was very careful to lift a bit lighter and stick to low impact modifications as I’m on the tail end of a long cold, but feeling like it’s a bit easier to breathe after getting this in!
Tonight I’m going to see PAULA ABDUL in concert so there will be dancing!! #workoutcomplete
