FB Pizza Party Rd 2 - Tandoori chicken and peach pizza

Thanks for the inspiration to make pizza you guys! I decided to experiment.

I started by making some Tandoori chicken pieces. Cut chicken breast into chunks and mix with Tandoori paste, Greek yoghurt, garlic and ginger and marinate for at least a few hours. Either in advance or before cooking the pizza, bake for about 15 mins until cooked through.

As I said last time, I really not good at yeast dough. This time I made a scone-like dough using half wholemeal flour.

I topped with Greek yoghurt mixed with chopped garlic and chives and then sprinkle with grated cheese (I used reduced fat because I don’t like oily melted cheese). Bake for around 15 mins.

Then I put the chicken back on top with some canned peaches and baked for another 10 mins.
