Booty flex 11.10.18


Today's workout was day 8 of flex. I love upper body days because I feel like I can really take my time to work on form rather than recovering between sets, as even when I lift heavy my heart rate doesn't seem to get up as high.

Those overhand curls were intense. This felt short and sweet though. O probably could have done the extra credit but I wasn't in the mood.

Wanted to burn a few more calories so I tacked 30 minutes of Zumba on after this.
