Booty and flex...11.9.18


Happy Friday! ( Or Saturday...). Today I did day 8 of booty and when I previewed the exercises I knew I would need some extra motivation to get this done on a Friday morning. So I put on special shirt that I purchased thanks to Kelly with a phrase she says in some of her work outs.

Once I dragged myself out of bed it wasn't so bad. I never would have paired strength, hiit and pilates, but I definitely see the advantages. I could have done another round of strength,

though and was surprised that the hiit felt so short. Pilates always makes me feel a little wimpy when I can't get through a round....those pulses are brutal.

Anyway, I made it. Back to my 10 hour workday. Enjoy the day everyone!
