For the past couple of years, something has been feeling very wrong in my body. Specifically, my hips. I thought it was just muscle pain, so I've been utilizing FB's yoga stretches. However, after getting two massages within two months and seeing no progress and not feeling any better, I decided to look into chiropractic care (not the ones that just pop you, but the one's that heal you).

Long story short, my hips are extremely bad. This explains why it hurts to do lunges and other things where I just assumed the muscles were weak. If your body is telling you something, PLEASE go get it checked out. I am 22 and these are my hips :-(
