Fell off the wagon again

Long story short: I've had a terrible year with a lot of personal and mental issues and it was very hard to gather up the energy and motivation to do something about my physical body.

While I'm still struggling with things, I do believe that mental and physical health are linked, and I really should make an effort, but without putting too much pressure on myself (which is what made me stop altogether before).

I've already started going to yoga classes again (since yesterday!) and now I want to get back into other forms of exercise.

I have a couple of programmes, but I can't exercise daily - I don't have the time and energy yet. and I'd like to combine it with my yoga and maybe try and get two additional workouts in per week. Would it be better to spread out a programme or should I choose individual video's to build up my own programme for now?

Anyone else in a similar situation? Tips for dealing with it?
