One month measurements!

Today was one month of solid workouts and healthy eating. I measured myself today and I am pretty darn happy!

3 inches off my waist

2 inches off my hips

1 inch off each leg

1 inch off each arm

Not too terribly bad. I spent this last year losing over 40 pounds, so I wasn't really expecting dramatic results, but I am actually shocked at the amount I did tone. My arms are so toned in ways I had no idea I could even achieve, I have muscles in areas I I have never, ever had. I can't stop touching my arms, haha. A wee bit obsessed with how unabashed I can be in clothing now.

I have never been this strong in my whole life, even as a teen/young adult. I am better pushing 40 than I was pushing 24, that's insane. It is almost 100% down to Fitness Blender. I do have some other workouts I like, but it's almost all FB workouts, at least 4 of my 5 days are FB.

I can do level 5 workouts once a week at least now and I could never do those before. I can kick higher than ever, I can put my heels on the floor in a downward dog now, I have core strength I thought was just gone forever (I can do a back bow and it makes sense now, ha!). And really most important, in the case of Zombie apocalypse, I have choices, I can outrun the zombies or I can kick them in the head. FB has me Zombie proofed and these are the important reasons to work out.

I am pretty impressed, I can't really mention it other places because it might seem like bragging, but you guys get it. And I am excited about it!

I have no idea what weight loss I have had, I don't even own a scale.
