So starts the Christmas holiday for my husband and I and our two daughters (5 years old and 17 months). I know I will have to adapt my workouts to having the kids around but hopefully the weather will allow us to go outside! Today, for my last day of workout before Christmas I tackled not one but THREE workouts! And it was nice to be doing part of it with my oldest! After that, all four of us did some very dynamic dancing in the playroom. Let me tell you that was a workout in itself. I am now happily exhausted and glad I spent time with my kids moving! And you?
