Been feeling so lethargic and just no motivation to work out

Hey guys,

So I started a new job about a month and a half ago and I was working out everyday when I started, was super motivated etc. Now I’m a month and a half in and some days are really long so I don’t feel like working out or I make excuses to not work out. It’s been about 10 days since I’ve done a solid and consistent workout.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get out of this funk?
