FB Strong Days 9 AND 10 complete!!!

Woop!!!! I just did an upper body workout with Kelli and then a HIIT and core workout with Daniel! I feel AMAZING. I did it like this because I know I can't work out tomorrow and I'm determined to stay on schedule.

I can't quite believe I'm back here after the surgery etc. Not exactly back to the stamina I had before, but today I felt a change in my HIIT strength. I just feel elated, happy (same as elated!?), healthy, motivated and proud.

Now for dinner which will be buckwheat with leftover roast chicken and vegetables.

I say it to someone or somewhere every day almost, and I'll say it again...I LOVE FITNESS BLENDER!!
