Have any of you been experiencing having to change your password every time you log in to your account? I change the password only to have to reset it the next day because it doesn't recognize it. Changed it again today, was able to log in. However, when I logged out 5 minutes later and tried the same password I got the message "These credentials do not match our records" Is there something I should be doing? Help?
