I just completed day 5 of the Burn program and oh my god, I never have been so worked up over doing weight training alone. I'm not used to doing a weights session without any cardio whatsoever, and I got such a sweat going. The workout is designed to increase weights as the repetitions descend, and I wasn't fully able to do that. But I got through it at least. I was supposed to go mountain biking later... I don't know if my legs will like that now! ha!
Looking forward to the next Burn session.
