Today's workout Marks the end of the first week of flex so I have now finished week one or both programs. I really appreciated the shoulders and lats workout with Daniel, and I've done it before and I'm not sure why I haven't done it more often. I have an old shoulder injury so my shoulders are relatively weak and this is probably just the thing I need to start building strength there again. but during the video I figured out that my shoulder has healed more than I thought because I was able to get up to 10 lb on some of those exercises, and I was again weaker on the left than the right. That wasn't true last year, so I know I've made some progress there!
On to week two!
