So glad daylight savings time finally came! I know I'm weird, everyone is different, but I get a boost when we fall back. Springing forward is miserable for me, though.
So, on to the workout. The 26 minute lower body HIIT and strength combo with Kelly for day 5 of booty did not disappoint. I was a sweaty mess by the time it was over. I had to substitute the burpee squat holds this time for just a regular squat hold, but I was still a sweaty mess by the end. But then I had the nerve to add on one of those fabulous 20 minute kickboxing sessions Kelly has. By the time I was done my husband didn't even want to touch me . . . lol.
