Pain left hip side/lower back after wo ☹

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I need some suggestions, i hurt my left hip side area lower back yesterday after doing my workout ,i am not sure if it was from squat chops, that was the 1st exercise then it was lunges, highknees, some upperbody exercises and finallly had my ab workout at the end, halfway i started to feel some pain but i continued to finish my whole workout ,now i feel so frustrated ,because it hurts really bad everytime i move i feel like something wants to pop in there ,i can't do any twists now, i did some stretching last night but didn't help me much, i have my 3rd week of abs schedule starting tomorrow ,i was thinking to wait a little longer see if it heals ,or should i continue with the program? 😞
